How do I order?

Choose what day you'd like to pick up or have your meals delivered. You can use the custom meal builder to create meals, order off the menu A la Carte, or select a subscription package. Once your desired meals are in your shopping cart enter your payment info and hit submit! *Custom meal builder is not available for subscriptions* you must order custom meals separately.

When & Where is Pick-up?

Pick up orders are typically ready at 6:30pm. If orders are ready early or running late you will receive a text. There is street parking available OR a parking garage for our building. There is a waiting area in the courtyard of our shopping center. If for some reason you can't make it the day your order was originally placed, your meals will stay refrigerated until you're able to pick up the following day. Next day pick-up can be arranged by calling/texting 808-294-7216. To avoid waiting at our kitchen for a long period of time please wait for a text saying your order is ready before arriving. How long do the meals last?

Our meals are made FRESH the day of delivery/pick-up. Since we use fresh ingredients with no preservatives, the meals last up to 5 days in the fridge. They are freezer safe for up to 6 weeks (Except for salads/wraps). Our desserts have a longer refrigeration life of up to 10 days for cookies and 5 for donuts (after that they can dry out not necessarily "spoil"). Please contact us with any issues!

I have dietary restrictions...what meals can I have?

Use the filter to select your meal preferences/restrictions. It will load a list of meals you are able to have. If the filter option you are looking for isn't there please contact us and we will be happy to help!

Can you deliver on military bases?

YES! Our drivers have base access all over Oahu. Even during HPCON Alpha-Charlie. In the even of HPCON Delta we might not be able to access bases due to lock-down.

Custom Meal Builder

Choose a protein and sides to create your own meal. Protein sizes available are 4oz, 6oz, and 8oz. Side options come in sizes of 4oz or 8oz (just click the + to double up on veggies). Sauces and topping are also available and are optional. Custom meals are not available in a subscription package. Use the "reorder" option to duplicate custom meals for your next order. To add a different meal select "add a pack" To increase quantities use the + YOU MUST USE THE + TO ADD THE INGREDIENT AFTER SELECTING IT. NOT CLICKING IT WILL RESULT IN IT GETTING LEFT OFF. You can "add a pack" and only select sauces if you want extra individual portions. Otherwise use the bulk ordering tab to purchase bigger sauce portions.


Customers are able to view past orders on their profile. You can "Re-order" meals from the previous weeks to make meal selections faster and consistent. You can also edit those meals during the reorder process to swap out ingredients at your own convenience. This is an alternative to subscriptions as the custom meal builder is not available in a subscription package.


Our subscription program is customizable to fit the # of meals you'd like and what days you want it delivered. ONLY THE REGULAR MENU is available for subscriptions. Custom meal builder is not available in the package. You can still order custom meals separately in the same shopping cart. You will receive a reminder to select your meals prior to the subscription renewal every week. If you fail to select meals the system will auto generate meals that fit your preferences.

How do I Cancel/Edit my order?

To edit your order go to your profile and select the order you intend to change. Feel free to message us for extra help editing things. To cancel an order please contact us via email, text, or DM us on our social media page. We DO NOT refund orders cancelled on the day of delivery. You must cancel by 9pm the day prior in order to receive a refund. We can reschedule your order at no additional cost. We allow subscription cancellations prior to the day of delivery. Day of delivery cancellation is not allowed.

How do I order extra sauces?

You can either get sauce using the custom meal builder by creating a "pack" with no meal selections - only sauces. OR by using the "bulk by the pound" tab to purchase tubs. Sauces either come in 2oz containers or in 8oz tubs for the bulk selection.

Weekly Specials

Keep an eye out on our social media for updates on new releases or weekly specials! We change them either weekly or biweekly. If you have any suggestions on what you'd like to see more of feel free to message us!

Bulk by the Pound

We now offer most of our custom meal builder in a bulk format. It can be found in the drop down menu under the "order" tab. The minimum is 1lb and you can order as much as you'd like! Everything comes cooked and ready to reheat. Sauces are 8oz (not a pound).

Loyalty Rewards

Being a loyal customer gets you perks! You get 2% cash back on all purchases in the form of store credit! Make sure you have your birthday saved on your profile to get a birthday gift! Keep an eye out for more coupons and deals on our social media.

Military & First Responders Discount

We thank you for your service! Please message us if you're military or a first responder and would like the coupon code.

Protein sizes

We offer 4, 6, and 8oz protein options. We also sell them by the pound in the "bulk by the pound" section. FDA nutritional information is based on RAW weights. Once cooked it loses an average of 25% of water or fat. A common mistake preppers make is weighing food cooked. Your macros should be based on raw weight. Some tracking apps allow you to specify raw or cooked macros. Ex. 4oz of raw chicken typically weighs 3oz cooked. The macros are listed at 4oz chicken breast (raw). If for any reason you believe your meals are inaccurate please feel free to contact us for a solution.

Incorrect Meals?

Please take pictures as soon as you notice an issue. Send them to 808-294-7216 with your name, order number, and explain your issue. We will get back with you quickly to come up with a solution. We are all human and mistakes happen, so please let us fix it!

Referrals, loyalty rewards, and perks.

Follow us on Facebook & Instagram to stay up to date on any specials or announcements. Get $10 store credit for every friend you send our way! Make sure they use your link from "invite a friend" at the bottom of the homepage. Once they place their first order you'll get $10 in your digital wallet. They get $10 too! When is delivery?

Delivery is always in the evening between 6:30-9:30pm. During high volume days we occasionally deliver the following morning. To check on your order message us on instagram or Facebook. Or text/call 808-294-7216. Drivers will text you when they are in your area.

Refund Policy

Refunds or cancellations are issued on your digital wallet (store credit). Refunds are not issued after the order has been made. If a mistake was made and your card is charged we will review your account and issue a refund back to the original form of payment.
